Our Covid-19 Response
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone, personally and professionally.
When the lockdown was announced on the 23rd March 2020, we knew things would never be the same, for us, or our clients.
Throughout the pandemic we have focused on providing our expertise and services to healthcare clients, predominately NHS Trusts, to ensure we did our part.
Case Management Roll-out
Our client was looking for a central repository for managing and tracking cases.
With visibility across multiple organisations required, full auditing capability and strict access controls were needed.
C&C configured the client's current TrustWide implementation to manage the end to end workflow required to capture information, send requests and give secure access to all internal and external users.
Project Helpdesk for Email Migration
Working with an NHS provider to support their migration from a hybrid Exchange environment to NHS Mail.
We provided a dedicated project helpdesk that took calls 24 hours a day to guide users through the new setup and provide first-line technical support.
The Project Helpdesk portal and integration functionality allowed for the client's internal support to have visibility and manage escalations.
Pathology Paperless Processing
Representing a pathology laboratory we worked with PHE, CCGs and Primary Care providers to identify process improvement.
We worked with clinical leads and subject matter experts to implement a consolidated approach and digital solution.
Our delivery team undertook the full end-to-end project management, solution configuration, technical installation roll-out and support.
